- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging with no signs of damage or tampering
- Not a final sale or clearance item

Refunds

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund. Exchanges

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
