Eligibility for Returns

• Purchased within the last 30 days
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached
• In its original packaging with no signs of damage or tampering
• Not a final sale or clearance item

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email at support@gothika.shop to arrange an exchange. We will provide a replacement item or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
